About Us
The mission of T2E3 is to improve the generation and use of energy in our community.
T2E3 was formed in 2007 by Tina Toburen. Tina's many years of experience in the power generation industry include time working for small companies, utilities and Fortune 500 companies. She has been involved in providing services as a third party, as well as working from within an industrial powerhouse with multiple internal "customers".
Tina has her Master's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Washington.
